Job Requirements
As a new home sales professional with Red Door Homes, you will be held to the highest of standards.
You will help potential new home buyers select a floor plan, floor plan options and custom changes. You will also assist them in obtaining financing and coordinate the construction process alongside the construction team.
To be a successful new home sales consultant you must possess the ability to:

- Earn the Customer's respect and trust
- Think quickly on your feet and handle pressure with a cool head
- Learn about our product, construction process, home ownership financing options, and sales presentation skills
- Set appointments and make sales
- Go above and beyond for others
- Provide timely follow:up with prospective buyers
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to find and generate your own leads as well as those obtained through Red Door Homes efforts
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Compensation
Because this is an EXTREMELY CHALLENGING and rewarding position our new home sales consultants earn a 36,000 base salary in the first year plus exceptional commissions.
(Typical "top producer" first year income is 60,000 to 80,000)
