Job Description
Retail Representative
RetireCo Representatives provide college, estate, insurance and retirement planning to individuals, families and businesses across the United States. Each Representative remains independent and operates under a license agreement, while having the opportunity to select the products they offer from dozens of top-rated insurance carriers. Our Representatives never limit their clients in product availability.
RetireCo Representatives typically meet with prospective clients at their home or office and utilize provided marketing materials and presentation tools to recommend suitable products.
Location: Nationwide in select / exclusive territories.
Compensation: Attractive commission rates are available for all products / carriers.
HD Video Platform: Powered by the industry's first webRTC Live HD Video platform customers can connect to you with a single mouse click.
Leads: Reps have access to multiple lead sources including - business owners, consumers, area professionals and more.
Marketing: Representatives receive all of the marketing materials in an online format for easy use.
Training: Representatives receive all training via on demand online video and traditional training.
Support: Each Representative is paired with a support team to assist with all marketing and sales. As a Rep you will have a dedicated contact for each of the following: life insurance, annuities, qualified plans, institutional sales; a license and contracting specialist; a new business processing team; access to our marketing and creative team; as well as access to our sales support team.
Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidates will be organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals seeking the opportunity to truly set their own hours and determine how much they worth.
Desired Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of email, CRM and related office software. Driven by sales and opportunities.
Desired Experience: Any past sales experience could be beneficial, however, it is not required.
